I acquired this student loan for my son and am the co-signor. I've been paying on it for years, yet i seem to still have close to the same balance as when i started paying. I set up web access some time ago and wrote the password and user name down. Now, whenever i try to access online, it doesn't recognize password or user name. It doesn't recognize the account number. It doesn't recognize my ss# or my sons. I call their so - called customer service, 800-835-4611 and am on hold for such an extreme ampount of time that i end up hanging up. I have made several attempts to contact them via email, no response. I've emailed them twice, looked you guys up and have been typing this note and i have been listening to the same recording over and over from their customer service the whole time. It's been at least an hour PLEASE HELP!!! I need to get info for my taxes too!
