I purchased a tv from qvc with an extended warranty have has several problems with the tv set. 3 dlp lamp were replaced, 1 with in the 1st year. They will not replace the product only send techs out that cannot fix the tv and have told them that. They will not even extend the warrant for another two years iam very disappointed
