Automated phone message stating that I had been named in a court action and must appear in court, something about the "order to show includes a restraining order" and to forward the "claim and affidavit number" they gave me to my lawyer, as I had 24-48 hours to oppose. Caller ID# was 1-774-221-8770. I'm 99% certain they're using an autodialer with outgoing message and they change the number periodically. There are many other reports on the web with this identical scenario & message, but from different phone numbers, different area codes. No monetary damage because I'm not calling them back. ;)
