Shopper depot online took over $200 from our account without our authorization. They lied and said our grandmother with dementia, who is not even on the account they stole from, authorized the transaction. When you call the company, no one even answers and it just rings and rings. When we eventually did reach someone and explained that no one authorized them to take our money, and we received no products or services, they refused to refund our money.
