I placed my order for 3 Bottles with April on 11/26. I took the 1st Bottle as directed & had no weight loss. On 12/14 I returned all 3 Bottles with a Signature Confirmation. They received on 12/18. I have called numerous times. April seems to be the only 1 that works there & she keeps saying "I will turn this in again". The product does NOT work! Also, they say they will send me a refund by Check instead of a Credit to my Card within 4wks. Its been a Mth & 10 Days.
