From June till this month, I've been charged a mysterious $9.99 on my monthly T-mobile bill. T-mobile is blocking their charges now, but allowed them to charge me for 8 months without any authorization from me. What kind of security do they have to protect their customers? A company can get a hold of your cellphone number and make any charges they want? I should've been more vigilant in checking the charges.
