I was charged $30.00 automatic debt from my checking account. When I called my bank and got the information associated with the automatic debit there was a phone number. When I called the number I had to wait 45 minutes to talk to someone. I was told that I had applied for a loan and the $30.00 was the fee. Since I had not applied for any loan they said they would do an investigation and I would receive an answer in 3-5 business days. When I argued with the woman on the phone she hung up on me.
