One of the guy from the company rang me in July offering discounted hotel accommodation in Australia & Asia-Pacific. I paid A$249 for the vouchers. I never needed there services until January when I decided to visit my kids & grand kids in Melbourne. I rang them up but the answering machine was running during office hours. I left the message that I need hotel booking in Dandenong. After 2 days some guy rang up saying that they don't have hotels in Dandenong. I got suspesious and started investigating.
I was shock to find out that Hotel Bargains don't the following.
1. No Travel Agent Licence
2. No Australian Business Number
3. No e-mail address
4. No Fax number
5. Nobody attend the phone calls
From here you can realize that this a fraud company running scam.
Could some one inform me what I can do press charges against this company to recovery my money
