I applied for a loan through these people well before Xmas. They have just taken £69 from my account which I believe to be a documentation fee! I did not know about this fee and am disgusted that I didn't even take the loan but am being charged this!!! Going by what I have seen on the net this has happened to many others. So you give them your bank details to take £1 for verification and now am £70 out of pocket, how does that work!!! I am livid this money was in the bank for my sons monthly school pass now how does he get to school??!! This amount was not clear anywhere in the application.
