I was conned into believing that this company would give me a loan for $5000 plus reimburse me for the fee's that I had wired through Western Union. Kevin Cooper promised me daily that he would deliver me the loan agreed. He even sent me a contract and then wanted me send more money with the promise that he would make sure I would get the promised loan the next day. The loan proceeds and the loan proceeds never arrived. This is the biggest scam I have been a victim of and they heartless people and evil people.
