Same as others. I got this through our HR department. I purchased and tried to contact them to no avail. I looked online and many stated it was a scam. I should of looked online for reviews before booking. I tried to dispute with credit card company, but since I signed a document I can not dispute until after the 18 months is over. I doubt after the 18 months, we would win, since they can say you could of booked during peak season.
When trying to schedule they state Sept 10 - Nov 14 is non peak season. Every other date is peak season and will cost 300. And they can not book 6 months in advance. I bet when I call in March to book in Sept 10, they will say Sept to Nov is peak season or sold out.
One booking agent stated they have been around for 13 years. How is that possible to scam people for that long.
Someone needs to take this company down.
