I ordered the product for 4.95$ to then find this site with all the problems identified. I tried to cancel the order and they said I had to receive the product before cancelling. The product does not work. I made it a point to keep them close having read some of the issues identified. I called my credit card company to notify them that I did not want this company to take any more money without my autorisation. The credit card company responded that they COULD NOT stop them. I called my card lost and had a new number issued. At that time, the credit card Co.informed me that the new number would be transfered to Mizulean. The credit card Co. Explained that I may be a client paying monthly interest on a owing balance but Mizulean was a client as well. That i would have to contest a charge and if I could prove with an email that I informed them of my cancelling my order within the time frame that the charge would be reembursed. Regardless to say, mizulean refused to provide a valid email address for correspondances. I paid off my balance on my credit card and closed my account! The day before le limit time, I cancelled my order with Mizulean, got a return confirmation, went to the post office and was informed that I had to pay 9.61$ for the return. I paid it off and now rid of this scamming company! Good ridence!!
