Was charged an exhorbitant amount (that, by the way, was never indicated) before the "free" trial period was concluded. I canceled, sent the product back, with the rma number and a confirmation receipt. When i looked online to see if it had been rec'd by the company i see that an attempt to deliver was made, however, no one was there to accept. When I called the company to ask why i waited on hold for 23 plus minutes before anyone came on the line. Once i explained the reason for my call i was then asked to hold some more only to be disconnected...
