Yes, I agreed to pay $5.00 plus $4.99 shipping and handling for a watch. After paying for it I was emailed a reciept for the $9.99 total. The watch arrived 1 week later. Then Another week later I was charged again for $98.00. Since then the charge has not been claimed. So, as of now it's in limbo as to weather or not it can be returned. Scam!
