Was contacted by phone on April 12th with an offer to receive a new credit card with a lower interest rate. At first I thought that NCM was the card company offering the new card so, I listened to the guys sales pitch— I thought the price was alittle high so I hesitated at first then he said I could charge the purchase price to the card—that didn't make sense at all but he kept on. I revealed in the very beginning that we had went thru bankruptcy 6 yrs earlier so I believed that that would hinder me from getting a low interest card he kept talking and assured me because of the time frame of the bankruptcy was almost up that it wouldn't keep me from a low interest card. I believe he should have told me in the beginning that they couldn't help me so I've come to the conclusion they are CONS!!! By the time I receive my 3rd card&first 2 denied&I was accepted by US Bank for a 21.99% card which I refused. Tried for 60 plus days to reach NCM - No response! Finally phones disconnected and I felt sick. I have contacted the AZ Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General's offices-Sooooooooo &we will see! I would have rather went gambling!
