I bought a license for software through this company on August 14, the license was charged back on Sept. 10, which is less time than their 30 day charge-back guarantee allows. (This means I paid for the the license/software, they took my money, bought it and then a refund was issued to them for it and they never gave me the money back)

They were refunded the money used to purchase the license from the original owner/vBulletin and the money was never refunded back to me or the license replaced with a valid one.

At this point, the company which seems to just be Jack Hennessy, he has been very challenging to work with, has been very hard to get a hold of and has seemed to stop responding despite time frames and ultimatums.

This company does not adhere to it's own, rules and policies and basically stole my money and that's that.

I have tried to resolve this through PayPal, but since I am past 45 days, I have no recourse through them.

Due to the nature of this transaction, we were unaware of the charge-back until recently, meaning that we still did have access to the software after Sept 10, but the use of it was not legal or authorized.
