Involved in a car crash with their insured. They would not cover car rental until both of us had submitted written reports via US Postal Service. This was the beginning. Once we settled on the amount for my pain and suffering, the check showed up minus funds for one of the medical bills they were to pay. I called and threatened to report them and they mailed out the funds to me that day. I just received in the mail, the bill for another medical provided for almost $4,000. They told the doctors office that they sent the check to ME and that I owed them the money. This is truly unprofessional, reprehensible and deceptive. This company is exactly the opposite of a reputable company RUN!!!
