I GOT A350.00 DOLLAR LOAN And i asked for it to be set up in 3 payments but i still owe 325.00 as of rigght now they have taken over600.00 and they arent done yet because they for got to tell me when i took out the loan that i would have to contact them every mo. 304.17% apr. Is that even legal i feel like i have been victimized by ameriloan i realy do not understand how they can do this to anybody they are guilty of fraud in my eyes because they waited 4 months before they e. Mailed me with a statement and then when i e, mailed them for a detailed statement they told me to get it from my bank heartless crooks. I hope the BBB makes them give everyone who has been done this way a full refund for the amount that was overcharged unhappy do not take out aloan it is a raccet to rip you off.
