I received a phone call from a rep at Benefits America offering a $100 Walmart gift card if I would take a trial offer to a dental plan. The only charge would be $4.95 shipping and handling. I was told I could cancel and not be charged anything and still get to keep the Walmart gift card. Come to find out the dental plan was e-mailed to me and the $4.95 was the introductory fee and not shipping.in addition, the Walmart gift card was a set of 4 vouchers I had to redeem by mail by purchasing $100 of non grocery, non-medicine, non-money order items each month fir the next 4 months. This is a total misrepresentation and scam!
