I have been paying on average of $139.00 a month for television service and have not had quality picture or sound. I have called Charter at least once every two weeks to complain about poor quality picture and audio to go along with this.
I have been told over and over that it is my television, the box I have, the cables and the coaxial cords. Where the coaxial lie on and on...
To date they have not had technicians outside to check and fix any problems there. I believe it is because we are a low income area and Charter is 'red lining' the area I live in.
I talked today to a 'supervisor' regarding the service in the area and why the message? He didn't know of any problems here. So why the automated message?
I have been told there is, there is not any trouble here... I don't believe the company and do not think they are acting in good faith, but are ripping people off and holding the trouble at bay for as long as possible before having to put any of their money into fixing anything wrong with the lines or their equipment.
Please help me in getting this company to deliver what it is selling and to start being proactive instead of playing hide and seek with peoples monies, time and health.
