Ordered Dark Shadows boxed set on 12/17 on my mobile phone. Looked like a legit company at first with many promises and guarantees. The order form allowed up to 4 weeks for shipment. Item is not trackable, but on their identical website TV Ruby.com, their items were trackable, and those that received them all got poor quality recorded DVDs and their money-back guarantee was never honored as promised. When I contacted them on 1/14, they said that the holidays delayed the order and to give it more time. And when I contacted them again on 1/18, they said they will put a trace on the package and it will take another 5 business days before we get contacted. But now I know what kind of product I'm going to get and now I no longer want it. But the pain was not really that bad. During this time frame, the Dark Shadows DVD package on Amazon.com has dropped from $413 to $325, and I just ordered it through them, so you can say I did get about $90 back on the deal. But I'd still like to get refunded the $140 - it's the principal of the thing!
