Steven Doroff / U-SAVE LLC
In 2006 we purchased a building for child care services, soon after in November we were in need of replacing the roof on the commercial building. While shopping around for a roofing contractor, I stumbled upon a company by the name Service Master who was a referral service for contractors. This company stated that the contractors go through a stringent process, so after contacting this service they emailed me a referral from a company called U-SAVE LLC / Steven Doroff, the owner.initially his sales person, Jeff Jutrzonka, met with me to go over what needed to be done and also gave me a price of $30,000 dollars. He also stated that the owner was a city inspector and was an expert on inspecting roof this project was a big project for us because, this is something that is done once in a lifetime. We were able to secure a loan through our bank to cover the cost of this project. The roof was installed in since the roof was installed it has always leaked, initially the contractor did attempt to fix the leaks, but what he should have done was pitched the roof and redecked it, from the onset he did state that these things were done. So, about three weeks ago after Steven Doroff, U-SAVE LLC. Not returning several of my calls I decided to attempt to file a claim with my insurance company. When the insurance company went on the roof he stated that there are pools of standing water and also the drains were not helping because the roof should have been pitched. He also stated that the roof has several soft spots, taped seams and this should be taken care of as soon as possible. The inspector says that if you have standing water it will get in somehow. I have attempted on several occasions to contact this Steven Doroff but he will not answer or return my call. I am on a journey to have this situation resolved in a timely manner, I have contacted Service Magic and they stated that they would assist us after sending all paper work. Their assistance would be in the sum of $500.00, which I will not recover until I find out who is truly liable for replacing this roof.
