I filled up membership thru PREMIUM ASTROLOGY.
First, I did not receive any bill of sale (except for an EMail -see atts) back from after providing the necessary funds for activation.
Second, I did not receive a zodiac personalized transition period guide report as it was found that similar ones were found after searching for comments on the internet. They week all the same with only the name changed. I initiated another request under a fiction name. Address, age and received the same contents...
Third, this company does not provide legal documentation for refunds. Upon several emails, live chat and tel calls (see atts), I was given the door with the same explanation. Refund was processed adn they coudl see it on their screen but would not provide copy of what they are seeing or legal financial communication. Their answer is it takes 24 hrs for the process and 3-5 business days for the appearing in the client account to his/her financial institution. I called mine and they have not seen any request for refund yet and we have passed the 24 hr process and I am now on the 4th business day.
