Took in 2012 Cad CTS Diamond white, was assured tht they were able to match colors, when I got it back there were three differant colors that the original one from the factory the excuse that I got was that it was metal and tis was plastic, how come the factory could match it and you did not. I informed the ins and was advised tht they would cancel the ck and to take it to a place that knew how to do it and that they would re issue another one I put a stop pmt on the 500 I gave upfront, and now am getting threats of sending me to collections for what
