I was suppose to receive a yorkie puppy via the above courier but the cost went from $200 (which was sent western union) to $450.00 I can not find the company on the web and the sam guy "Kevin" answers the phone all the time. He has a very heavy foreign accent. What I did find is info about puppy scams.
