As many I used my credit card to pay shipping x a free trial of both products and before that free trial ended I called customer services to cancel both products and they told me that I would never get any amount out of my credit card anymore!!!
After cake back from my holidays back in August I checked my statements just to find out they kept taking money from my without authorization and after a cancelation, their excuse was that after a cancelation I should receive an email confirming the cancelation, a JOKE!!!
How on earth I'll now such a thing, they are the ones who has to give us the right info, that s why they got paid for...
So since August I been trying to get my money back and is an excuse after another and still nothing has happen!!!
Just a nightmare, so PLEASE do not try this cos is just A BIG LIE!!!
