I just received a letter from Prize Documenting Center, (of America), also indicating I may be a winning participant in a prize pay-out sweepstakes (which I never entered) for a total sum of, $1,500, 00.00; which ask that I complete the attached claim form and submit it with a $5 documenting fee in check form, made payable to "PDC". I noticed that the signature of the 'Director of Report Release', is non-legible. I also notice there isn't a phone number to inquiry anything about the letter contents. Aside from the obvious, it has all the earmarks of a scam; noneteless I feel for my time I should entitled to an, hour day's work for just reading this mess!
