Spray black top sealer first. Black top complete parking lot. Repaint parking stripes, curbing, handicap spaces (yellow). He would clean, haul debri away. Received cash up front from owner, and on 3 other occasions cash. Scott, his family and dog owe a weeks lodging to our motel.
