This company informed me on 15th January, via an email (automated message, do not reply) received by me at 5.20 pm on Jan 15, that my credit card account had been debited with $99.95: cost of a 3 user subscription which the company was b automatically renewing. I did not authorize this renewal and have, in fact, changed my security program a couple of months ago. I've since contacted the company and they have promised a refund but if my bank statement does not show such a refund in a couple of days' time, I will go to my bank and fill in the necessary information so that this matter is challenged.
