I was tricked by a quick sales rep from this company at the mall kiosk. The rep applied a mask to my face and while it was on, had me sign the charge slip (without my glasses on). The total was $630.00! I did not realize what I had spent until later when in another store, I looked at the sales receipt. When I contacted the kiosk I was referred to a company rep who told me they do not refund purchases but that I could get a replacement or exchange only. I have filed a complaint the the Better Business Bureau.
