Purchased new rifle 12/20 new in box. When opened the gun was damaged (stock broke). I was told 5-7 days for new stock to arrive but that never happened. When I calld back after two weeks they told me the part was back ordered but couldn't say when it would come in. Call back today, 1/14 and was told I may get it in March of this year, maybe. Total absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I am an avid hunter and gun owner and I will never purchase another gun from Marlin. Ever.
