I have recently make 2 purchases of Women Handbags of which one bearing Model Type Louis Vuitton Monogram Canva Artsy GM M40259 Brown Handbag, I have emailed Merchant informing them that due to my shoulder injury, the handbag handle is very hard and I find it unsuitable to carry it. Under their Éxchange Policy' consumer is allowed to make an exchange with 7 days of receiving the goods provided giving valid reason.
It seems they are not honouring their Ëxchange Policy" but in turn become rude and accuse me of being dishonest. As a consumer I find it's unfair what is the clause for in no doubt they did send me the bag I ordered. I just want an amicable resolution i.E. To change the bag and not asking for refund. Please help!
