I do not stay there do to medical issues. I have care fara authorized by my cancer MD. I keep the meter at 55 degrees to protect the pipes, hot water tank is off, Refrigeraror at lowest setting. Lights off all day and night. My sq footage is 400sf ft, a 1 br 1 bath condo plus kitchen. My dec 1 bill was $100 and Jan bill was billed again at $200. I am not there. Condo is empty. The place I stay in So Ca is 2000SF and the bill is $35.???
