I have wriiten to the company because there was no cable to use with the charger. I have e-mailed them and still have got any response. Then they charged me 99.67. I need for them to cancel my account and refund my money. I am sending the no burn cig back. I have no use for it with out the cable. The company that sent it to me was no flame e-cigarette 6538 collins avenue #95, miami beach, fl. 33141. Phone # 1-888-614-4160. Can you help me get my money back?
