I didn't know a 2 week trial was $79.99.. I thought I was paying $4.99 for the trial... They took 79.99 from my bank from my mortgage payment. I called to get cancled and where to send it back, i never even had a chance to use it. I sent it back on Dec 13 and still have not rec my refund. They claim they haven't rec my package. Their customer service people are rude, and very unprofessional. Lying cheating fraudulent company!!
