Collapse of customer service at Intercontinental Medellin

January 13.

No concierge service is provided by the Intercontinental Medellin after 7 pm. Customer are not advised. Was left for an hour without being able to open my luggage, sealed by airport security, as calls to concierge to request a pair of scissors went unanswered. Is the intercontinental franchise control collapsing, or is this an isolated case?
