Sent out a notification that looked like it was from my bank, I called and ended up giving them money to lower my interest rate through their modification program - To make a long story short my bank says they have not even spoken to these so called attorneys. I have initiated getting my money back from my bank because the money was taken electronically through ACH. At least you can reverse the charges, thank goodness!
