Ought a trip from celebrity productions who in turn sent certificates for Mexico VIP. When I tried to use the certificates there was always no hotels avaialble or the only airline they can use was not flying and going thru bankruptcy.
They then offeref me 5 nights at a resort BUT i had to pay for airfare. This is unacceptable and not what was paid for. I could have gotten the hotel chaeper than the 650 the requested. FOr a year now, Eva Ramos continues to say that a refund is being processed but they will never say when.
They also bill the CC under a different company name so that your cc has a hard time doing anything since the names are completely different.
This company is a scam and does not honor the packages they sell to you.
How do we as consumers fight back against these companies? I have also filed a report on ripoff.com as well as the BBB type in mexico but have not gotten any response.
