I found allenbulldogpuppies online claiming to have English bulldog puppies. We agreed on a price. I get an email from him the morninnpuppy is suppose to be shipped that Uship has the dog and needs to set up delivery. But just informed him that his personal insurance won't cover puppy to fly and that insurance must be taken out to be able to continue. Mr. Allen long out of his "good nature" offered to pay $900 of this if I would pay remaining balance. After much hesitation and many questions I agreed to do so. I went to western union and sent to name provided to me. An hour or so later I get an email from the shipping n department saying their was a problem with mr Allen omy and bank had canceled it for bad funds and asked i pay difference. Of which I refused. I contacted mr Allen and he promised to make it good and I haven't heard from him since. My children are heartbroken.
