My wife and i purchased a new washer and dryer in october, about a month ago it quit working, we had a warranty and bought an extended warranty also, about 8 days later a tech, from conns showed up he said the transmion went out and he had to order the parts, they would be in in about 2 weeks, about 2 weeks later he showed up again, I had to go to the store 3 times and they couldnt even locate them. So they finally came with the parts, He tells us its not the transmission it was caused by rats and the warranty wouldnt cover it, I had to pay out of my pocket, I went to store and talked to the manager and he told me there was nothing he could do. I said I ve had my old machines in there for over 3 years and its the one Ive been using since yours stopped, If a rat caused it It came from your warehouse not my house. Now Im stuck with a new machine that does not work and still have to pay for, These people did the same thing before with our air conditioner we had to close our bussiness for 2 weeks because they had to order a cord I contacted a local company who said they could replace it the same day, but conns said if I did that I would not be reinburst and my warranty would be voided, so we had no choice but to close for to weeks, I explained to them we have 3 small children in school, and relied on that income because of my diability. We had no choice but to wait which put us behind on several bills which had to be paid.
