BUYER BEWARE!!! Think twice before getting into a real estate transaction with these people, the owner Ted Abele makes promises and does not keep up to his end of the bargain - additionally they have a handyman that is unlicensed that installed a hot water heater improperly in the house that i lived in - as a result the house filled up with carbon monoxide, luckily I had a carbon monoxide detector that went off. None of the paper work with my particular transcation matched up, wrong SSN, wrong insurance (renters policy instead of homeowners policy), the house was sold under CONtinental Capital but was owned by another company "Genesis Investment Company" I was not informed of this until they already had my $3000 down payment. I was lied to and told what they thought I wanted to hear for them to get my money.
