A few days ago before i took home my brand new car through financing, i and the customer rep whose assisting me agreed that my monthly payment was $300 monthly. But by the time i was to pick up the car, upon signing the contract the financial guy told me that my monthly was now $349.49. Beside that my interest went high so as the total cost too, i think i can't afford to pay that amount. I told the finance guy that this is not what we agreed on, and he just said "that's the contract i was given". I have no choice at that time but to sign it because i'm already late for work plus i just had too much from them at that day. I was upset because they have never phoned me that i wasn't approved by one of the financial institution and they just move me to a different one with a higher interest. They have never asked me if i still want to push through or not. I was so upset leaving Nissan going to work, and on that same day i phoned the manager regarding this matter, and he said he'll investigate this and will call me later, but he never did. I also called the Nissan Head office from Ontario and mentioned about my problem, but they said its up to the dealer and i have to call them back because they don't deal with that. And i called the finance division Nissan Ontario, and they said the same thing. On the third day January 10, i called Nissan Sunridge again and spoke to a different manager but instead of being nice and helpful, he was kind of yelling at me and he's the one that is so upset when i said i want to return the car because i can't afford it. He said even if i return it, i still have to pay the monthly for that. I was not happy with all the people from Nissan Sunridge from customer rep up to the manager and even the one from the head office were unhelpful and rude. I dont know where to go anymore to seek help, please help me..
