Was contacted for renewal of playboy for three years and to receive two additional magazines as well as the $300 gas cards. I received nothing more, ever. I did call the 888-679-6681 several times and there is never a live person that answers. I left a message notifying them I was reporting them for mail fraud if I did not receive a response by the end of business. My call was returned in 20 minutes and I spoke with Manager Sadie. She is not only not helpful, she tries to blame the customer for waiting too long to contact them, after several ignored messages. She stated a written request to cancel must be submitted, but doubted any refund would be given as the cancellation period was over months ago. It was all detailed in the confirmation letter that was sent to me. Once again, I have never received any correspondance once the payment was made. I will be filing a complaint with the postal service and encourage as many other to do the same. Sadie is such a pleasure to speak to I encourage you to call her after a very bad day so you can take your frustrations out on someone who really deserves it.
