On 1/9 I wanted to get a flu shot since I did not get one so far. After waiting in line, I was told it was not the correct line for flu shots. Got in the correct line and filled out the paperwork. The woman then entered more info. On a form, then entered it into the computer system. Not very efficient if you ask me. I was told the pharmaist would give me the shot within 10 minutes. Each transaction took much longer than necessary while I waited for the shot. I waited more than 10 minutes and finally got up and said I wanted the flu shot. Finally I did get the shot, but all this took over 45 minutes—maybe longer. CVS stands for customer, value, and service. I didn't see it on my visit. Please disgegard the dollar amount—the system won't continue without an amount.
