I brought a Tv on 12/15 online from bens outlet. I have yet to receive the tv, they created a shipping label but did not ship the Tv. These people are crooks, i have sent 5 emails no response as of 01/09. I contacted BBB of new York hope to hear from them soon. I put it on American Express will dispute the charge.
