At first storing our stuff was fine, we had no problems. However after paying 2 months of the service we decided about 5 days into the new month to get our stuff out and were asked to pay the full whole other month - it annoyed us to no end - we're not some well off family after all, but even that we could live with. After taking out all of our stuff with the exception of some huge broken furniture which was absolutely heart breaking - they do after all seem to race like maniacs with those pods, honestly a little gentleness could go a long way - go ahead and tie down all your stuff very well and still those things will break because they shake and drive with those things like their racing for their lives! We left the furniture because it was simply too huge to move - and surprise, surprise they don't have a garbage on site! They said we'd have to pay a $50 fee if we wanted to throw our stuff out and therefore didn't have one - I say I'll pay the $50 if it helps omit the horrible issues that it causes. So we left the furniture and told the guy we were done with it save for the furniture and he said that's fine! He said it was fine that they'd just end up throwing the stuff out, no problem! Out of nowhere we're hit with another bill for another 2 months? It was ridiculous! On top of that they decide to pile on all these weird fees? Like their grabbing them out of thin air? I called the pods place and a woman told me she could knock it down from $600 to $300, and surprise, surprise yet again the woman was all talk and didn't even note it in her computer. So we're called again and asked to pay $550 or it would go to the creditors? Amazing how badly they screwed us over! Not to mention the woman on the phone said and I quote "either way we will get out money, even after we auction off your belongings and add you to collections, we will come after you for our money." disgusting how horrible the service was, we aren't some millionaires who can afford to pay so much money for absolutely nothing, it tears me apart to have to see my family have to cry over the phone for such a scam! I don't know how these people are still in business! I'm hoping this doesn't have to happen to anyone else! On top of that they got out zip code wrong the first time and after coming to our home with the pod they decided they couldn't land the pod on our drive way because there was a huge tree, well fine, but we're feed with the full delivery? What delivery?!
