Hello Banfield! I noticed tonight I was being charged 31.95 for a kitten pet care plan. I only took my kitten once. Luckily, I save all paper work for my pets when they go to a vet. I dug through the paperwork for her visit and it was 1.12.12 -sure enough, there was an UNSIGNED and UNDATED contract for something called a Optimum Pet Wellness plan. Banfield has been debiting this amount for a year. I would have noticed but the card I used was a debit card associated with my student loan refund that I rarely use except in emergency. The fee for the plan was buried in the 115.00 payment for the visit. I would like a full refund for each month debited. How do I go about getting that done. Clearly, there is no contract because it was not signed. And they even put my pet's wrong name on the contract. Very disappointed in this Banfield branch.in the summer, they refused to take my sick cat because they were closing in five minutes. I was told that a new practice manager from another store was being brought in to rectify problems there.
