I have been extremely satisfied with the service I get from the employee's at Carl's. My experience at Carl's started with my salesman Paul. Paul was very professional and he made the car buying experience a pleasure.
Service is important to me because I really spent a lot of time and money making sure that I got everything I wanted on my GMC Yukon Denali Hybrid. I am pleased to tell you that my experience with the service at Carl's has been very impressive. I have been very happy with the service personnel. Just recently I had some service done and Jude, the service person I dealt with, was very helpful and made the process delightful. Everyone of the service personnel that I met has been excellent.
I would definitely recommend Carl's to anyone that wanted a new car and likes to have great service to count on. When I am ready for another GMC I will get it from Carl's because I know that I am going to get great service.
