This company, via three different mechanisms (INTUIT, IMS Gateway, and BANKCARD MTOT DISC) has over 18 months charged me $624.90 for absoultely nothing. I have had no transactions, and have not used their service one time.
I have tried on several occassions to cancel these recurring charges for a system I have NEVER used!
When attempting to call, I have spent over an hour each time either on hold, or going through a series of automated selections only to either be told cancellations need to be in writing if there have been no transactions in 90 days or more, or to be disconnected with a "Good Bye".
The various websites connected to this company and its legions of associated scams (like this one: http://imsmerchant.com/faqs/index.php) or this one (http://www.officeteller.com/) say..."Fast FREE support 24/7/365 and every call is answered by a LIVE merchant agent"... Which is another load of crap!
I have called multiple numbers, including those provided to me by my bank who has narrowed all three to ONE BANK (Westamerica Bank) in an effort to help me get the repreated charges STOPPED!
While I am only now filing this complaint in hopes that it will help prevent others from similar, this company and their associated companies, has fundamentally stolen over $1,500 from me over the years.
