I owned this mobile at 1684 TimberRidge Circle, I have bougth it for 7500.00 from Joe F The roof was finish, so can not insure the house. We replace a new kitchen floor, they were mold in restroom cabinet and under the kitchen floor. I have to deal with 4 not accredited real estate, and they all know that we have to sale it because we had not enough money to keep it. But, they all know that they could buy it for 500$ and then sale it or saying to their friends to wait for 500$. At the time I was asking only 2000$ for it with all my awesome furniture. Now Joe F bought it again for 500$ and he shows different pictures, different furnitures and ask 11000.00 for it. The roof should be inspected first and all the floor mold, as I know him, I don't think that those thinks has been done, too expensif for him, he always buy the same mobile home and sell it back, without telling the buyer all about that. So he will screw somebody else. I know how frustrating is to buy a mobile home without knowning those important details and to let it go free to the Mobile Park and then they all do big money with it.
